Favors Contest!!!

Since this past weekend at the bridal show, I have been doing a lot of thinking and pondering about what brides really want to spend and expect out of favors.  One of the favorites, in my experience, has been the edible favors.  Guaranteed not to be left behind, and a favorite of guests at weddings.  However, I know the trends, but I would like to know what “real brides” are doing, especially in this tough Michigan economy!

I would like to have brides from the area (Lower Michigan) to send in the favor ideas they have come up with.  Anything goes!  The favor favorite, will receive wedding jewelry (necklace, bracelet, earrings) by Robin.  A local jewelry designer that I personally would recommend!

Today’s Bridal Show at the Howell Opera House turned out very nice, and thanks to all the Brides-to-be that attended.  By popular demand I have decided to rent out the wedding card boxes, that I had on display today.  They are available in white as of now, and I will soon add black as well. 

The boxes will still also be available for purchase for $65.00 unassembled and $70.oo assembled.  I will be renting the card boxes for $25.00, with a $25.00 deposit that is completely refundable after the box and key is returned intact. 

All the feedback from the show was wonderful and I have come up with many ideas in terms of favors, and other items!   Be sure to check out the Summer show at the Opera House August 1, 2010!

The Perfect Wedding Box

A new addition we have just gotten in are the Perfect Wedding Boxes!  They are available in Black or White and they hold 4 8×10 photos, and one 4×6 on the top.  They have a lock and key, and you can also order engraved plates to put in the top spot personalized or with “Thank You” or the word “Love.”  Price is $65.00 unassembled or I will assemble it for $5.00 extra.

A big thanks to Mary Jo for giving me the opportunity to work with her on her daughter’s wedding invitations!   I hope ”the big day” is beautiful!  The Exclusive II album has some very cute invites, and the gray and yellow colors are very pretty together!

New Website!

I am very excited to be working with Melissa from Melicious Designs to create a new website!  She is doing a beautiful job and I can’t wait to get it up and running!  In the meantime the old site still works, and I will also be adding a page on Facebook so be sure to look for us!
